MONTECITO | OAK KNOLL

Perched atop a ridge line overlooking the Pacific, this home takes advantage of expansive views in two directions and slips amongst the existing oaks dotting the landscape. The layout of the spaces unfolds to a central space that capitalizes on indoor and outdoor living with views to the ocean to the south and views of the Santa Ynez Mountains to the north. A soft and textured stone base creates an earthen counterpoint to the crisp, plaster-clad upper level. Responding to the expansive views, the main spaces include floor-to-ceiling sliding doors to allow for unencumbered connection to the landscape and pool.
